We have finished with our first round of interviews today. Thanks to everyone who showed up. Now comes the hard part of selecting who will move on to the second round of interviews. Too bad we can’t hire everyone who showed up but we are going to be a small restaurant.
We also got the keys today 
Yay!! Now comes the fun part of painting and reupholstering. We are looking forward to transforming the space into something no one has ever seen before! We can’t wait to see how everything will flow. Pictures will definitely be posted as to the before and after so you can see as well.
